COVID 19 Health and satefy guidelines

The health and safety of everyone who comes into Vue 17 is of the utmost importance, and we are taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Below we outline how we safely shoot in our studios so that you can move forward with your video, filming, and event needs with complete confidence – including an Ionized air filtration system that eliminates over 99.9% of COVID-19 particles.

We created our guidelines based on information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the St. Louis County Health Department. Please keep in mind that the restrictions and mandates are constantly changing, so we are continuously updating our own safety guidelines accordingly.

List of Safety Measures We Are Taking

All crew members have been re-trained on proper sanitation procedures and guidelines.

All crew, staff, and clients are required to wear a CDC-recommended face mask that covers the nose and mouth.

Crew members will wash their hands frequently, as well as before and after each shoot.

Hand sanitizer will be provided at high-traffic areas and at strategic studio locations for both clients and crew to use.

Studios and equipment will be disinfected between shoots.

Anyone with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath will remain home for 14 days after being symptom-free or cleared by a healthcare provider.

Clients are asked to remain at home when presenting with symptoms and/or fever. Please call to notify us of your situation and to reschedule.
